人は継続的で良質な対人関係を求める基本的な動機を持つ、という仮説。
研究の性質と注意
所属欲求は空腹などと並ぶ基本的な動機とされ、満たされないと認知・感情・健康に広く影響する。恋愛の技法以前の土台にある動機。
